Senior Data Analyst, Media Unit role Tasks in the role Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to turn data insights into actionable product changes and drive user acquisition, retention, and MRR/revenue growth. Manage data-driven projects, providing clear, actionable recommendations that contribute to business growth. Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, influencing business decisions and strategic planning. Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports. Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with Data Engineering teams, designing and maintaining pipelines. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering growth. Requirements Who we are looking for 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Proven experience in finding and communicating data-driven insights that have directly resulted in measurable improvements to key product metrics. Proficient in SQL. Python expertise for automating data extraction, analysis, and visualization is a plus. Experience with statistical analysis, financial modeling, and working with complex datasets. Demonstrated ability to successfully juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. A bit about the team You will be working in the Insight team inside the Strategy & Analytics team. Your direct colleagues are mainly BI developers, data engineers, and QA engineers.

Google Cloud Platform (Google BigQuery as DWH, Compute Engine for servers). Python, SQL. Tableau for visualization. Gitlab + Airflow for code versioning and CI/CD.
