We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst with a focus on Sales Analytics to join our team. The successful candidate will continue to build our data-driven approach to Go To Market & Sales through efforts including: clear, insightful reporting, proactive identification of new opportunities, and closely monitoring and evaluating performance. The role requires: strong analytical skills, including experience with SQL and spreadsheets, a good understanding of the sales business, and working closely with the Go To Market team to interpret and communicate data in meaningful, actionable ways. Responsibilities : Use data and insights to improve sales performance and provide greater clarity and understanding of the performance of the sales process. This will likely include: Lead overall development of pre-sales and post-sales intelligence, containing dashboards, reports, and insights. Proactively interpret data to provide insights and identify areas for improvement. Provide data and ad-hoc analyses to the sales team and management as needed. Work with our Management on the creation of a data-driven Sales Strategy and Vision. Contribute to creating revenue plans including headcount and pipeline plans. Cooperate with our Go To Market Operations team in facilitating and driving regular cadences (reviews of Pipeline, QBRs, Targets etc.) as well as improving overall sales funnel intelligence. Work with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive critical thinking to challenge the status quo. Work with our Data Engineering team to connect different sales touch points with our product data. What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in Data / Business Analytics / Sales Operations / Consulting. A proactive approach and genuine curiosity to understand and share what the data means. Ability to work in collaboration with others across the business to turn data into insights to drive action. Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market processes and metrics (i.E. ARR, Churn, ACV, Revenue and Pipeline Conversion Rates, etc.). Understanding of the typical SaaS customer lifecycle journey from acquisition to retention and expansion. Good technical skills and experience, comfortable with spreadsheet analysis, SQL code, and building dashboards. Experience with CRM tools and their Databases (like Salesforce, SAP or Pipedrive) and Customer care tools (like FreshDesk, Custify, etc.)
