If you have a passion for data, enjoy working cross-functionally with stakeholders, and are ready to take ownership of ourGo-to-Market (GTM) Analytics, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Own GTM Analytics:Take full ownership of our GTM analytics function, developing and executing a roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and strategic objectives.Build Dashboards & Reporting:Design and build intuitive dashboards to provide clarity and actionable insights into the performance of the sales process, bringing transparency to sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.Data-Driven Insights:Leverage your analytical skills to generate insights that inform and shape our sales, marketing, and customer success strategies, driving key decision-making across the business.Collaborate with Stakeholders:Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Marketing to align analytics with business goals.
You will be a key contributor to strategic and operational discussions and initiatives.Project Management:Lead and manage analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
