We support openness and authenticity, promote self-reflection and continuous learning, we thrive to provide a working environment where our talents can perform at their peak.Your Challenges:Data Operations & Analysis:Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated data workflows using Python, R, and Power Automate.Create advanced dashboards using Power BI and DAX to provide actionable insights for cross-functional teams.Manage and optimize the Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) system to enhance real-time tracking and decision-making across the European region.Conduct in-depth P&L and market analysis for various regions, providing data-driven recommendations to improve financial performance.Data Integration & Automation:Develop and implement solutions to automate reporting processes, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.Use Python and R to automate web scraping and data collection from various European retailers and telecom operators, ensuring up-to-date market intelligence.Build and maintain databases for product specifications and pricing trends to support market analysis.Forecasting & Strategic Insights:Develop and manage predictive models, improving forecasting accuracy and supporting business decisions across multiple markets in Europe.Provide weekly sell-out analysis and market reports, highlighting trends, brand performance, and pricing strategies to improve strategic planning.Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate closely with retail, sales, and finance teams across Europe to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Communicate complex data insights and technical details to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.Your Profile:Industrial Background:Proven minimum of 5 years' work experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on Excel and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python, R, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
