Key responsabilities Design, develop, and optimize relational and dimensional data models for analysis and reporting, following best practices. Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Implement and manage robust data models in Power BI, ensuring efficient design and smooth user experience. Diagnose and resolve performance issues related to data loading and processing in Power BI, Power Query, and SQL queries. Analyze and translate business requirements into clear and effective technical solutions. Implement data validation and cleaning processes to ensure data quality and integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Document processes, models, and queries using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in similar technical roles, with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting. Advanced SQL: Expertise in creating and optimizing complex queries, subqueries, joins (INNER, LEFT, RIGHT), indexing, and data partitioning. Proven experience with Power BI , including Power Query and DAX. Strong knowledge of data modeling: designing relational (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP) schemas. Solid understanding of Data Warehousing and integrating data from multiple sources. Familiarity with large datasets and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
