Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Digital Sales Hub in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large and complex data sets to support business operations (sales, web analytics, marketing…).
Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business insights.
Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Review and oversee tasks performed by junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
Conceptualize, follow up, and deliver analytics projects, including definition of KPIs, creation and communication of insights, and project definitions for junior analysts.
