We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary data analysts and data scientists, IT and engineering professionals across the organization to solve critical problems and answer important questions that drive key decisions for our business, producing sophisticated, intelligent optimization solutions and predictive models.
Major tasks and responsibilities: Create and manage business meaningful insights through dashboards, using Tableau and/or Power BI.Provide high technical contributions in a fast-paced team environment to accelerate our efforts on building an analytics-driven product pipeline.Develop sustainable, consumable, accurate, and outstanding impactful reporting on model inputs, model outputs, business impact, and key performance indicators. Forming and ensuring partnerships with cross functional teams in the company, including internal Intelligent Automation team, engineering and IT teams.Present compelling, validated stories to all levels of organization, including peers, senior management, and internal customers to drive and consolidate both strategic and operational changes in business.Advance experience in Machine Learning.Work relationship: Active member in the Data Analysts and Data Science community to build personal acumen & ability, while sharing best practices with others.Working with key stakeholders of Bayer divisions under the direction of supervisor/leader or immediate team.Deep interaction and collaboration with the business analysts and developers of the different D&A teams within the organization.Competences: Bachelor's degree in computer science or Engineering, with 2+ years of experience.Profound knowledge in Tableau and/or Power BI.High expertise in SQL programming and development.Demonstrated computational skills and level of experience using R or Python.Broad experience in predictive modeling — to include comprehension of theory, modeling/identification strategies and limitations.Excellent communication skills in a multilingual environment, highly capable of working in an international environment.Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment.Expert analytic problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Proven effective communication skills both written and verbal required in English language.Lean Six Sigma black belt as a plus.WHAT WE OFFER: Guided by our mission "Health for all, Hunger for none," we deliver breakthrough innovations in healthcare and agriculture.
