Senior Data Analyst

LiveWell by Zurich is a digital health and wellbeing company focused on engaging and supporting individuals throughout their health journey.We operate in global markets working closely with the Zurich Insurance companies but also with Service Providers and Retailers with the key mission of creating healthier, happier lives for customers & employees.Our aim is to empower individuals to own their total health and wellbeing through health education, best-practice prevention and behavioural science focused on lifestyle activities, goal setting, health challenges and responsive health services such as telemedicine.Our opportunityIn this role you'll be responsible for working within the Data & Analytics team to transform, maintain, visualize and analyze data sets in order to track performance for business stakeholders and to advise product development.You'll be reporting into the Head of Data & Analytics.Your roleAs a Senior Data Analyst your main responsibilities will involve :Building and maintaining Power BI reports for customers and business stakeholders,Conducting advanced analyses and experiments to provide direction to the product development team,Acquiring, transforming and maintaining key data sets in our AWS data platform.Your Skills and ExperienceAs a Senior Data Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include :Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or equivalentFive or more years of experience as a Data AnalystExperience with ownership of the full development cycle for reportsHigh level of competence with data visualization tools (Power BI know-how is preferred but experience with similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik is also fine)Strong SQL, Python / PySpark writing skills.Personal Attributes :A passion for mining data to provide actionable outcomes for business stakeholders.Knowledge of the fast-paced world of digital product development through rigorous experiment design and execution.Ability to communicate well (written and spoken) with multiple audiences (technical, business etc.) in English.Clear passion for Health and Wellbeing services that improve people's lives, longevity, and health.#J-18808-Ljbffr
