This position will support the development and implementation of the data function in Radisson Hotel Group. The successful candidate will manage and execute the implementation of Data Governance for multiple data sources to address key business needs and objectives, specifically on the Business to Business (Travel Agency and Corporate profile).
In collaboration with the Business Intelligence function, they will support the overall Data & Analytics strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, managing development projects regarding data journey control dashboards in the Master Data Management Tool to support B2B business stakeholders. This is not an IT role; it is about being the correct trusted advisor with the business and translating with the IT Team.
This position will report to the Global Data Director and will work closely with key members of the business areas.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Subject Matter Expert on B2B Data projects, accountable for the proper coordination of all stakeholders.Design and implement Data Quality projects to ensure a common and homogeneous data management practice across the organization, mostly on cleaning Travel Agencies (knowledge of IATAN org is much appreciated) and/or Corporate profile.Gather report requirements and create and maintain documentation to improve data quality & automation, including prototypes for new reports dashboards.Insight creation and delivery to end-users.Strong drive for actionable data.Support other Data team members in their duties, cross responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis.Accountable for the correct implementation and usage of B2B Master Data / Golden records.Provide coaching and training for end-users regarding the B2B Master Data Platform.REQUIREMENTS:Experience of at least 3-5 years with Master Data Concept Golden records.Analytics background with experience with S4Hana and SAP CRM Data (Nice to have Reltio Products).Extensive experience (3-5 years) in data quality projects.Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. SQL Server; Azure Synapse Analytics) and data exploitation techniques.Experience in data management projects (3-5 years) on Data Profiling, Business Advanced Analytics.Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues.Experience with business intelligence projects related to information lifecycle.Organized & effective - take a well-ordered, structured approach in task management.Strong influencing and communication skills.Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing and pitches information at the appropriate level.Critical thinker with the ability to understand logical connections between ideas, identify, construct, and evaluate arguments.Think strategically - foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities.Change Management - be an advocate for positive change and improvements.Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment.Maintain a favorable working relationship with all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, and efficiency.English proficiency.WHAT ABOUT YOU:You have the ability to collaborate and work remotely.You are able to work independently and set priorities.You can process numerical information.You have strong communication skills and a strong work ethic and attitude.You can be flexible and deal with change in a fast-moving environment.You can operate successfully in a matrix structure.You are good at building relationships with all key stakeholders and establishing internal and external networks.You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders in the business.OUR COMPANY:The Radisson Hotel Group is one of the most dynamic hotel companies operating in over 80 countries with strong brands such as Radisson, Radisson Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson Red, Radisson Individuals, art'otel, Park Plaza, prizeotel, and Country Inn & Suites and Park Inn.
