Tasks We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst in Barcelona to strengthen our Data team in a product-led B2C tech startup.
You will collaborate on projects at the intersection of analytics data modeling and visualization to drive key business decisions while ensuring data is a critical asset throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities - Advanced Data Analysis Conduct in-depth analyses to support business and product decisions including A/B tests and ad-hoc data investigations.
- Stakeholder Communication Translate complex data insights into easily digestible information for key teams including Product and Marketing.
- KPI Management Data Quality Maintain KPIs ensure data accuracy and apply best practices to safeguard the integrity of reports and dashboards.
- Data Accessibility Facilitate data access across the organization by building self-service tools and training stakeholders.
Requirements Technical Skills You will need to be a queen or king of SQL plus meet the following requirements - Have 4+ years of experience in product analytics - Experience with data warehousing or data modeling (eg.
Kimball Data Vault OBT) - Experience with at least one visualization tool (eg Metabase Tableau Power BI Looker ) - Experience with AB tests - You have worked in technical B2C startups or scaleups with a product and user-lifecycle focus - Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems using data - Be fluent in English - Be fluent in at least one programming language (eg.
Python).
