We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Specialist to join RavenPack's Customer Success team in Marbella.
As a Senior Customer Support Specialist, you will work with the Sales and Customer Support teams, supporting a global client base consisting of the world's top banks and hedge funds.
Responsibilities as a Senior Customer Support Specialist: Supporting both new trials and our existing clients by developing a thorough understanding of our API products and service offeringsWrite Python scripts to help enhance and troubleshoot customer interactions in connecting, retrieving, and managing data with the RavenPack APICreating scripts that mirror typical client workflows in order to improve onboarding and debugging efficiencyProvide technical guidance to customers using tools such as Python, Jupyter notebooks, and SQLResolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the companyRequirements: Demonstrated expertise in writing Python code, capable of efficiently developing solutions to complex problemsProficiency in working with development frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks and StreamlitExperience with Python-specific tooling and concepts like Pydantic & PoetryProven ability to investigate and provide thorough yet concise answers to clients' intricate questions, showcasing a strong problem-solving aptitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying technical concepts clearly and effectively to clientsNatural aptitude for troubleshooting, coupled with prior experience in collaborating across different teams to resolve technical issues efficientlyDesirable: Previous experience working in a fintech or a SaaS companyMajor or experience in Finance or Business
