It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Senior Customer Success Manager 1 to join our growing Customer Experience Team in Europe.
Reporting to the Manager,Customer Success, you will have the opportunity to play a key component in ensuring our customers not only survive but thrive in this environment.
As the world and travel landscape shift around us, so too do the needs of our customers.As a Senior Customer Success Manager 1 you'll be responsible for:Driving customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction for assigned book of accountsSecuring annual subscription renewals and uncovering expansion opportunitiesPerforming regularly scheduled meetings with key stakeholders to ensure customer goals are being metTraining clients on the basics of revenue management and how to effectively use our tool to increase revenueAnalysing customer performance data and making recommendations to ensure revenue growthProactive relationship management with accounts to maintain overall customer healthMonitoring and reporting on the health and risk of assigned accountsMaintaining a deep understanding of Beyond Pricing's suite of productsManaging approximately 50-80 accounts at a timeWorking with cross-functional teams to drive better collaboration and customer experienceBeing the voice of the customer back to our Product organisation, communicate trending customer feedback and ideasOnboarding new accounts as neededSo what kind of person are we looking for in this role?The person who will be successful in this role will:Have deep customer-empathy and find fulfillment in helping customers reach their goalsEnjoy working with people and are driven to provide an excellent customer experienceBe comfortable with data and leveraging it to make strategic decisionsPride yourself on going above and beyond for teammates and customers3+ years of experience working in customer successFluent in English & SpanishFluent in French & Italian preferredSolid understanding of Customer Success best practices with Enterprise customersExperience managing customer renewals and upgradesCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsExperience in SaaS, tech and/or the short-term rental industry preferredRevenue management experience preferredCompany Values:We are serious about our core values: We Care, We Are On the Same Team, We Inspire Trust, We Go Beyond, We Ship It, We're Curious.
