Senior Customer Service Agent-DutchSENIOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT with Dutch and English Do you have experience in customer service through Contact Centers and are you ready to face new challenges? This is your role at MSX! Objective of the position: Our Agents will serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle owners, addressing and resolving all requests related to their vehicle through multiple channels.
Responsibilities of the Agents: Manage driver inquiries through multiple channels (e-mail, chat, phone calls);Complex Case Management: Handle escalated and more intricate cases, requiring a deep understanding of the issue and the ability to provide well-thought-out solutions;Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve cases, ensuring smooth communication and a timely resolution;Continuous case monitoring: tracking the progress of complex cases from initiation to closure;Carry out database updates, report writing and reporting.We are looking for you if: You have minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Care or Contact Center roles.You have good proficiency in English and you also have strong language skills bilingual and/or native in Dutch.You are available to work onsite.You have availability to work weekends.You have knowledge of document management and operate dedicated document management platforms.You are a person with excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office365 applications (basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel).What do we offer you? Full-time indefinite contract. 40 hours per week.
