Aggressively drive site quality improvement efforts with a goal of achieving "zero defect" performance.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Oversees integrity of product quality for assigned area through participation as integral part of manufacturing team.Identify and interpret customer's quality requirements and/or any regulatory/business requirements.Drives and champions quality improvement efforts.Provides expert analysis, guidance and support to Production in Process Improvement activities, including effective use of Problem-Solving tools/techniques and statistical analysis.Responsible for New Product Qualification, and verification of changes to current product.Through the application of APQP, supports the external customers in New Product Introduction.Ensures that internal customer needs for Quality Systems are met in a timely and functional manner.Results for this position will be measured by improvements to Customer Satisfaction, Parts Per Million, Number of Incidences, Corrective Action Timing and Effectiveness, and Building Customer Relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
