A Day in the Life
As Senior Customer Marketing Specialist Neuromodulation for our Neuromodulation business, you will be responsible for building and executing the value proposition for our target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience. The International Neuromodulation Customer Marketing team may be the place for you.
Responsibilities
Build and execute the value proposition for the target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience (Customers can be patients, Strategic Accounts, GPO, etc.).
Establish deep expertise on the target customer segment and ensure this expertise gets integrated purposefully into the extended marketing team.
Conduct market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of the target audience, developing insights, unmet needs, and new business opportunities that can improve marketing programs.
Orchestrate and integrate all elements of a great customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.).
Required Knowledge and Experience
Degree in a relevant functional area (product marketing) and equivalent years of experience.
Ability to develop and expand relationships with key physicians and Medtronic personnel in order to achieve business objectives.
Sales orientation or exposure to working with direct sales organizations.
Strong project management skills, organized and detail-oriented; know how to manage multiple priorities and projects with short timelines.
Fluent in English and local language, both speaking and writing.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel within your region (25%+).
