Our portfolio of innovative solutions is designed to provide customers greater freedom and better health, helping them achieve better glucose control, while spending less time managing their disease.Lead the Customer Journey of physicians and acquire deep knowledge of the stakeholder, their challenges, needs and development opportunities, to create value-added programs, services and solutions that improve their experience.Define and execute the marketing plan for physicians. Align with product managers to serve and contribute to the market development of diabetes therapies from the perspective of the physician.Participation in the transformation program in the development of services and solutions that impact the physician's pathway.Responsibility for the KOL management plan: identification of KOLs and definition of lines of actions in collaboration with them (Advisory Boards, Focus groups...) that accompany the strategic priorities of the organization.Coordinate the relationship with the different scientific societies, identifying objectives and areas of common interest, leading the collaboration between both parties.Planning and execution of multi-channel awareness actions in this segment that promote knowledge and mastery of Medtronic therapies.Coordination of national and international conferences and congresses.Close collaboration with the Training & Education team for the development and execution of specific educational programs for physicians.Liaise with EMEA Marketing teams (Marketing, Strategy, Product, Clinical) to align on strategies, needs and marketing plan initiatives, and to adapt to the local markets contents, materials and campaigns for physicians.Must HavesMinimum 8 years of experience in Marketing within the medical device industry, biotechnology or Pharma.Knowledge of the healthcare system and hospital environment.Knowledge and experience in the field of diabetes and relationship with endocrine physicians.Good communication and execution skills and excellent teamwork with multidisciplinary teams at local and European level.Results-oriented, proactive and autonomous.Project management skills.Commercial skills.High level of English.Availability to travel > 40%
