The Role As a Senior Customer Engagement Delivery Manager for Iberia and UK, you will be responsible for:
Client Management: Regularly meeting with clients to ensure project quality, address improvement areas, and maintain strong communication and relations.Team Leadership for up to 300 people: Supporting and engaging employees through growth, training, and collaboration with HR and with Coordinators and Team leaders for recruitment and team updates.P&L, Profit and Budgeting: Managing budgets, ensuring profitability, and allocating resources effectively to meet company targets.You'll also help align global strategies with local teams, ensuring everyone is working toward the same goals.
About You 5+ years of experience managing contact centers or customer satisfaction projects (automotive experience is a plus).Strong background in team management (teams of at least 50 people).Expertise in process improvement and lean methods.Excellent communication skills in Spanish (C1/native) and English (C1/business level).Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.You have relevant experience as a PM in the automotive industry; a certification in Project Management (COPC or similar) is a plus.Working pattern and location 40 hours per weekCompany carMSX laptop and cell phonePermanent contractHybrid work: Flexible working environment, including work from home days25% to 50% possible mobility for business tripsAbout MSX:At MSX, you'll lead meaningful projects, grow professionally, and work with prestigious automotive brands.
