Skills and Experiences Knowledge of Configuration Manager (task sequences, application deployment, OS deployments, Server Maintenance, Client Installation, etc.)Knowledge of GPOs (settings, templates, default policies, etc.)Basic Intune knowledge (Customer creates tickets for Intune separately via Intune portal; we need to ascertain when support is related to Intune to inform them about this.)Basic O365/W365 knowledge (Customer creates tickets for 365 separately via 365 portal; we need to ascertain when support is related to 365 to inform them about this.)Active Directory and Windows knowledge (BSODs, login issues, Cumulative updates issues, OS updates, Language issues, etc.)Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective work in an international context.About You You are passionate about modern and robust infrastructures, can work effectively in a team within an international context, have a proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing, place quality and client needs at the center of your work, and possess excellent communication skills.
What You Will Do Quick evaluation of support requests to assist them firsthand without the need for a case to be created.Being available to receive calls and/or emails to open support cases in MS Services Hub.Follow up on existing cases (communication with Incident Manager or the engineers directly).Translation services when a Spanish-speaking engineer is not available/not assigned and the customer asks for assistance during meetings/support calls.Creating a monthly report for CSAM regarding all the cases in Service Hub.Learn More Avanade is the leading global provider of digital, cloud, AI, and advisory services, industry solutions, and design-led experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.
