Scopely is looking for a Senior CRM Campaign Manager to serve on and elevate our new casual game, Monopoly GO!
team in Tel-Aviv on a hybrid basis.

The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.
What You Will Do As a Technical CRM Manager for MONOPOLY GO!, your primary focus will be to execute CRM plans by implementing and optimizing all CRM content and features in our tools.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including CRM Campaign Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to bring campaign plans to life.
Additionally, through QA processes, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of campaigns and features, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our strategy.
Push Notifications Setup: - Build and configure all push notifications using internal tools based on team-defined plans to support the LiveOps calendar, Lifecycle journeys, and more.
- Utilize Liquid Code to add personalization and enhance the relevancy of push notification messaging.
Email Marketing Setup: - Build and configure all email marketing campaigns using internal tools based on team-defined plans to support the LiveOps calendar, Lifecycle journeys, and more.
- Design innovative and engaging HTML email templates using the Stripo Drag & Drop tool or manually editing HTML.
Player Journey Setup: - Implement dynamic and complex player journeys to support features such as reactivation campaigns and new user onboarding, following predefined plans.
CRM Features Optimization: - Conduct performance optimization for CRM features, such as reactivation campaigns after launch, challenging the economy, segmentation, and content strategy to increase retention and revenue.
- Leverage data and insights to refine and enhance CRM campaigns over time.
What We're Looking For Strong analytical abilities to undertake analysis and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented and a fast learner, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HTML/Liquid Code (BIG ADVANTAGE).
Experience with CRM tools and platforms (Braze, Optimove, One Signal, or similar).
Experience with email template builder tools (Stripo, MailChimp, or similar).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and delivering results.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
