You'll play a key role in implementing CRM-driven monetization strategies and experiments.
What You'll Do: Lead and execute monetization projects within the CRM team, and support Growth teams by designing and implementing CRM-driven workflows and strategies; Collaborate with the Growth team to integrate CRM mechanics into broader business goals, focusing on experiment support and scaling monetization; Design and optimize lifecycle journeys with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and win-back strategies across both CRM and Growth experiments; Oversee technical implementation of campaigns, ensuring deliverability and troubleshooting any issues in collaboration with engineering and the Growth team; Develop innovative segmentation, communication strategies, and A/B testing frameworks, continuously experimenting and analyzing data to drive growth; Serve as the key CRM representative for the Growth team, ensuring alignment between CRM and Growth initiatives; Build, optimize, and scale customer segmentation and communication strategies tailored to support Growth experiments; Monitor and analyze key CRM performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and providing actionable insights for both CRM and Growth outcomes; Maintain a hands-on approach to CRM operations, managing high volumes of campaigns and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams; Proactively bring new ideas to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and maximize monetization outcomes
