We want someone who brings structure, experience, and a get-it-done mentality to the table.Responsibilities:Formulating and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy, engaging customers across all touchpoints.Facilitating seamless collaboration between teams through meticulous planning and timeline management, ensuring timely execution and productivity.Evaluating campaigns in close collaboration with the analytics team, adjusting strategies based on past performance and aligning with business objectives.Enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through impactful initiatives, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure CRM tool success, continuously optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.Crafting personalized communication strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Creating comprehensive customer profiles for personalized experiences.Providing data-driven reports to senior stakeholders and executing A/B testing and automation strategies.Managing CRM workflows from initial brief to final delivery, collaborating with various departments for successful outcomes.Continuously improving CRM tool effectiveness and efficiency through logic enhancements and new implementations.Approving campaigns to ensure visual appeal, accuracy, targeting, and compliance with laws.Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in the gaming industry.Deep understanding of CRM best practices and technologies.Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Data-driven mindset with a focus on analytics and insights.Knowledge of industry laws and ethical standards in CRM activities.Strategic thinking ability to create innovative CRM strategies.Experience with Customer.io CRM tool is a plus but not mandatoryBenefits:Competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and great benefits await you in our team at Hero Gaming!
