As their business continues to expand, they are seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer with expertise in the iGaming industry, particularly in sports betting and casino design, to join their creative team and shape the future of their visual identity.
In this role as the Senior Creative Designer, you will spearhead creative initiatives, leading the development of visually compelling designs that resonate with audiences in the iGaming space.
You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to produce engaging, effective designs for websites, landing pages, digital advertisements, and social media campaigns.
Your creativity will play a crucial role in defining the visual identity of both our client's brand and their partners' brands, driving customer engagement in a highly competitive market.
Location : On site - Ta' Xbiex As a Senior Creative Designer your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Creative Direction: Lead and manage all aspects of the company's creative output, ensuring that innovative design aligns with business objectives.
Design Execution: Conceptualise and create a wide array of digital assets, including websites, landing pages, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns, all aimed at maximising conversions.
Brand Development: Shape and maintain the visual identity for both the company and its clients, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulations in the relevant markets.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand project goals and target audiences, translating those into impactful visual designs.
Industry Research: Stay current on design trends, market standards, and competitor strategies within the iGaming and sports betting sectors.
Use this knowledge to drive innovation and elevate the creative approach.
Project Oversight: Manage the design process from inception to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and the highest standards are maintained.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Creative Advertising, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in graphic or digital design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the iGaming sector, particularly sports betting and casino design, is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other design tools.
Experience with animation or motion graphics is a bonus.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a strong track record of design work, particularly within the sports betting, casino, or iGaming sectors.
Creative Vision: A sharp eye for detail, strong aesthetic judgment, and the ability to transform complex ideas into captivating designs.
UX/UI Knowledge: Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly to both creative and non-creative teams.
Team-Oriented: Strong ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities and project requirements, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
