In this role, you will be responsible to:Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of inbound and outbound commercial agreements including but not limited to cloud services agreements, license agreements, hosting agreements, IT services contracts, non-disclosure agreements, leasing and contracts, etc.Work with various stakeholders on a variety of commercial, enterprise and strategic agreements in support of Workato's fast-growing business.Conduct legal research and distill the issues in a clear and concise manner for various stakeholders who are not attorneys.Work on other projects as assigned by the Director.RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills:Eligible to work in the E.U or U.K without employer sponsorship4-8 years of legal experience as in-house counsel at a technology companyFluent in English both written and spokenDemonstrated, deep knowledge of SaaS transactionsStrong knowledge of data privacy regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, UK Data Protection Act and other global data privacy regulationsA great business partner who understands how to appropriately manage risk while helping the business achieve its goalsUnquestioned ethics, integrity, and accountabilitySuperior drafting and negotiation skillsExcellent verbal, analytical, and written communications skillsMust be comfortable negotiating directly with customer counselCapable of collaborating with cross-functional teams located across the globe to achieve Workato's business goalsSoft Skills / Personal CharacteristicsExperience working in a demanding, high-paced, high-volume transaction environmentMust enjoy being continually challenged under tight deadlines while demonstrating sound judgment even in ambiguous situationsAble to prioritize appropriately and manage multiple tasksA team player who is willing to roll up one's sleeves to get things doneA sense of humorPreferred QualificationsExperience with cross-border transactions in the US, EMEA, APJ and LATAM regionsExperience negotiating reseller, OEM, and partner agreements#J-18808-Ljbffr
