What you'll be doing Offer unparalleled Ethics & Compliance guidance to internal business collaborators regarding various healthcare compliance and anti-corruption concerns.Support the implementation of the Ethics & Compliance Governance for Latin America South.Offer clear mentorship on Ethics & Compliance policies and procedures, and identify behavior that contradicts the Company's policies and relevant regulations.Drive awareness regarding the importance of Ethics & Compliance, identify areas of Ethics & Compliance risk, and undertake corrective plans to resolve potential issues.Develop, deliver, and coordinate training related to the Company's Ethics & Compliance policies and applicable regulations.Assist in the implementation and oversight of Baxter's Third-Party Program in Latin America South.Support the implementation of middle management initiatives.Perform special assignments or projects, as needed.Participate in internal investigations regarding potential violations of the Company's policies or applicable regulations.What you'll bring Master's degree in law from a nationally or internationally recognized institution.8+ years of experience in private practice, law firm, and/or international company in the area of Ethics and Compliance
