As a Senior Content Designer within the Content Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting clear, concise, and engaging content that enhances user experience across all digital touchpoints, with a keen focus on enhancing the Homepage and Digital Products or Service Pages. You will collaborate closely with the Content Strategist, Digital Product Owners, SEO Coordinator, and Digital Product Designers to ensure that our content is not only informative and compelling but also consistent with our brand voice and user-centered design principles.
You will be part of the Fail Fast team, a multidisciplinary digital studio with over 70 talented individuals who continuously enhance products, services and brands through design and communication. You will have access to a growth program based on Power-Up sessions and mentoring, with co-creation spaces and the possibility of training and certifying yourself in multiple specialties. Responsibilities
Evergreen Content Strategy and Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging content for websites, apps, emails, and other digital products, ensuring it meets user needs and business goals.
User-Centric Content Creation
Conduct user research and collaborate with UX designers to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user-friendly microcopy, including button labels, error messages, onboarding instructions, and help content, that guides users through our digital experiences smoothly.
Develop content that enhances the usability and accessibility of digital products, making sure it is easy to understand and interact with.
Collaboration and Iteration
Work closely with our Content Studio (Production) or external agencies, the Content Strategist and Product Owners to prioritize content tasks and ensure timely delivery of content assets.
Participate in design sprints, user testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve content based on user insights and analytics.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into the overall user experience.
Content Optimization and SEO
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make informed decisions for optimization.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and discoverability of digital content.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in content strategy, UX writing, and SEO to continuously improve content quality and performance.
Documentation and Guidelines
Develop and maintain content guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
Provide training and support to other team members and stakeholders on best practices for UX writing and content strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Native or fluent English proficiency.
Experience in eCommerce (website & app), digital products, or the consumer goods industry.
Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or a similar role in a digital environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of user experience design principles and how content fits into the overall user journey.
Knowledge of UX design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Drupal) and analytics platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create user-centered content.
