Overview The Senior Insights Manager role sits in the European Snack Sector team which shapes the longer term (3-5 years) growth plan for the Snack category across critical markets in East and Western Europe. The sector team is a dynamic and agile team dedicated to the sustainable growth with a winning portfolio strategy and future proofed innovations. The understanding of Humans, as consumers and shoppers, sit at the center of this, making insights an indispensable driver of the agenda. The primary purpose of the Senior Insights Manager role is to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive insights strategy that empowers the organization to make informed, human-centric and fact-based decisions. The Senior Insights Manager plays pivotal role in extracting actionable insights from complex data sets, ultimately contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. With that, the role provides the necessary foresight and guidance needed to navigate the dynamic landscape of our industry and maintain a competitive edge. The senior insights manager needs to be intentional and a key partner to senior stakeholders, challenging the business and having crucial conversations when necessary. Responsibilities Supporting the business and the Senior Insights Director on the following depending on category priorities at any one time: Portfolio Strategic Insights Development: • Lead the development and execution of project on the snack sector insights portfolio strategy. • Provide proactive insights on Where to Play and How to Win that contribute to win the in the consumer landscape. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, ambitions and learning requirements. Transversal Growth & Innovation Platforms: • Define consumer learning agenda for projects and growth platforms that oven sit transversally above markets. • Manage & execute exploration and validation to understand desirability and validate propositions. • Assess needs and opportunities within projects and platforms. Cross-Functional and Cross-Market Collaboration: • Work on project teams across markets to scope, execute and deliver the learning agenda. • Collaborate with departments such as marketing, R&D, commercialisation, finance to address key business questions. • Serve as a thought leader, promoting a data-driven culture across the organization. Qualifications Critical Competencies – 'Insights the PepsiCo Way': • Be Intentional: build empathy with a diverse stakeholder set and cross different levels and clusters. • Be Brave: Frame the problem and have crucial conversations to maximise work on projects. • Be Simple: influence decisions by distilling often complex information in a simple and concise manner. Other Requirements: • Location: European Hub Location – we will also consider other locations under specific circumstances. • The role may involve some travel across Europe: needs limited visa requirements/travel restrictions. • Proven experience (10+ years) in similar roles, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful insights. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
