Additionally, we provide an ideal working environment to develop leading individuals with successful careers through high-performance teams.Currently, we are looking to incorporate aSupply Chain / Procurement Seniorlocated in our office in Madrid, with more than 3 years of consulting experience in projects related to Supply Chain & Operations or Procurement area both nationally and internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain & Operations, you will:Collaborate with the extended teams and clients to design and implement effective supply chain transformation projects for diverse industries.Assess the maturity level of procurement processes and initiate improvements to the current processes and systems/technologies.Analyze current spend and allocation model, establish sourcing strategies to enhance competitiveness, reduce costs, and optimize the supply chain.Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing events like RFP, RPQ, commercial negotiations, reviewing proposals, and comparing/benchmarking rates.Design procurement solutions, create Operating models, Governance frameworks and participate/conduct workshops.Acquire knowledge of new age procurement tools; such as SAP Ariba, COUPA, Ivalua, SAP MM etc.
and work on process design/reengineering/implementation projects related to the process and/or tool.Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations.Conduct secondary research/market intelligence to back client deliverables.Participate actively in building an industry-focused practice across EY service lines; Specialization in a specific sector will be an added advantage.Provide solutions to unstructured problems.QualificationsTo qualify for the role, you must have knowledge and experience in a number of the following areas:A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience.
Specific experience in Procurement projects.
Experience in other functional areas such as planning, logistics or manufacturing will be valued and will be a plus.Hold a third level qualification, preferably in procurement and supply chain.Knowledge and experience in Procurement operating model transformation, from spend analysis, to organization, processes, systems, governance model and KPIs.Expertise in end-to-end procurement process covering the following areas: spend analytics, E2E process redesign, Source to Contract, Procure to Pay, etc.Experience in strategic procurement, category management (direct and/or indirect spend).Experience in category management, developing sourcing strategies, tendering, suppliers market research, outreach and evaluation, and supporting selection processes.Experience in savings opportunity identification and cost reduction programs.Experience in contract reviews and supplier relationship management.Experience in developing tender documents in accordance with procurement directives.Experience in procurement systems and digital tools evaluation.Experience in sustainable procurement.Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking and passion for improvement and optimization.Commercial acumen and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment.Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint & PowerBI.If you want to join us, don't hesitate to send us your application!#J-18808-Ljbffr
