To that extent, this role can be considered for flexible part-time working, working hours can be split between customer facing and work-from-home setup.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Responsibilities :Leads and manages the planning, execution and outcomes of complex transformational projects using the appropriate Project Management Framework and Methodologies.Implements project management standards, compliance and best practices to ensure effective delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget.Leads, directs, and oversees a team of programme resources working across multiple workstreams and/or projects to plan, execute, and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement a change programme roadmap from mobilisation to implementation.Advises on and escalates programme level decisions that affect significant programme direction to the agreed governance forums and identifies decisions that cannot be resolved.Leads cross-team and third-party collaborations - influencing without authority and leveraging the strength of diverse teams.Internal Responsibilities : Knowledgeable with all our consulting services and proactively seek ways to provide value to our clients and establish strong internal relationships across service lines.Participates in the pre-sales process and is able to articulate the business value proposition associated with the project or change in a clear and compelling manner.Manages any commercial aspects of the project or programme, ensuring financial integrity.Enhances people performance and potential by providing effective supervision, coaching, and mentoring to all levels of staff
