Thus, successfully differentiating Adenza from our competition and contributing to the net growth of our business while offering intense and excellent career development opportunities.Team and Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Technical Manager to join Adenza's Customer Delivery team.The primary role is to ensure the success of client engagements by providing guidance and expertise to ensure conformance with current regulatory standards. Knowledge and in-depth expertise on the data required and expected regulatory report results are expected. The ability to communicate and educate clients and colleagues alike on prudential regulatory standards and reporting requirements is essential.Responsibilities:Be the expert on all aspects related to technology and integration of the Calypso solution.Develop and improve methodologies to implement components related to Calypso technology.Provide instructions to the Professional Services organization on how to implement modules related to the new technology.Develop and improve methodologies and tools for managing and resolving complex IT issues on the Calypso technology platform.Lead improvement initiatives from customer engagement to internal initiatives working with different departments within Calypso.Work with Research and Development to contribute to the technology roadmap by providing implementation perspectives to customers.Act as a point of contact between Professional Services and Research and Development.Be a point of reference within the Professional Services organization.Approve Calypso technology deliverables for strategic customers.Train and coach Professional Services resources to address competency gaps.Participate in project remediation activities.Participate in the review of new projects to validate technology component estimates.Assist in the sales process.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide high-quality documentation. The position requires frequent travel.Skills And Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required with a cumulative GPA of 3.6 or higher.6-8 years of relevant experience working in Financial Services is required.Experience in SharePoint, Project Plan/Publisher, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience in working with JIRA/Confluence preferred.Demonstrate experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusions.Experience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard governance methods.Experience in developing, analyzing, and tracking financial business cases.Proven ability to assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively and accurately.Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders and team members.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.More About UsOur Office:Our Adenza Madrid office is located on the 4th floor of the Utopicus building, in the city center, close to the Cybele fountain, the Retiro Park, and other Madrid attractions.
