Negotiate with local, regional and national tenants on a property specific basis.
Lease space in existing projects and/or properties in accordance with merchandising mix and on property budget requirements.
Replace non performance tenants in order to maximize occupancy and increase rental income.
Negotiate relocations, divisions and merges of units with the purpose of improving the centre's income.
Manage lease buy-outs, surrenders, assignments, etc.
Manage and negotiate renewals, mid-term, long-term negotiations according to the budget.
Coordinate new contracts with all the departments that are involved such as Legal, Technical and Lease Administration.
Define and preparation of annual leasing budgets and quarterly forecast.
Review strategies that increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall.
