In this capacity, you will harness the Microsoft Power Platform to steer our customers through their digital transformation journey, embodying a pivotal influence in reshaping their business landscape.Essential Skills and Experience:5+ years' experience leading cross-functional teams in customer-facing delivery roles, in a Microsoft Partner organization5+ years' established experience delivering Power Platform solutions including Dynamics 365, Azure, DataverseExtensive knowledge and experience in high-level stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics and the Power PlatformAbility to translate business requirements into tangible, realistic business solutions.A good facilitator and strong personality, able to manage multiple internal/external stakeholders.Understanding of broader Microsoft stack and how to leverage it to create powerful solutions including, but not limited to PowerApps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power BI, Dataverse, Azure Data Factory, Power PagesGood understanding of the purpose and capabilities of extensions such as plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScriptAbility to analyze requirements against standard features across the application stack for Dynamics.Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) -mandatory.Fluency in English (written and spoken)- desirable.QualificationsDegree in Computer Science or equivalent professional qualificationOne or more relevant and current technical qualifications (e.g.
