The role requires strong collaborative skills with the other People Teams (including the Talent and Rewards centers of excellence) to contribute to the organization's business objectives and leveraging people capabilities.The role supports the delivery of the People plan (Road Map) and is responsible for defined areas of the business and projects based on SITA's priorities, the People Roadmap priorities, and/or the People Team objectives.
