ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
The Senior Consultant People Business Partners with various teams of an assigned client group/business and consultants and facilities sessions/conversations to determine the business needs, priorities, areas for improvement.  The role requires strong collaborative skills with the other People Teams (including the Talent and Rewards centers of excellence) to contribute to the organization's business objectives and leveraging people capabilities.
The role supports the delivery of the People plan (Road Map) and is responsible for defined areas of the business and projects based on SITA's priorities, the People Roadmap priorities, and/or the People Team objectives.  This role will help drive the talent acquisition needs while managing costs and applying good talent insights.
The role contributes to building a competitive and sustainable organization, strengthening the company culture and staff engagement, supporting change/transformation in the business, performance management, and contributing to the People Team efficiency and evolution.
A successful Sr Consultant People BP acts as a consultant, with strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, owns the People Roadmap, and is responsible for the planning and execution of People initiatives within their client group.  As a business professional, exhibiting and role modeling leadership behaviors, embracing a growth mindset, proactively seeking improvement and solutions, challenging the status quo, displaying resilience, and proudly championing cross-functional strengths are the keys to success.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or equivalent
5+ years of HR generalist and/or organizational development is required
Experience in a complex, competitive environment (high tech or service sector) preferred
An International People management background is preferred
