About the jobWhat you will do:Produce quality results and provide support to more than one project in multiple industries and various types of projects.Communicate with stakeholders, providing project updates and message potential issues that may impact project timelines.Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, and software specification, as well as the design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions.Provide written project documentation that can be distributed within Red Hat and the customer management team.Adapt to changing customer requirements.What you will bring:Practical experience advising customers on enterprise-wide adoption of infrastructure automation, self-healing infrastructure, service orchestration, and life cycle management, from provisioning, day 0-2, and beyond; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.Holistic understanding of workflows spanning multiple teams, including networking, hosting, operations, storage, etc.Solid understanding of on-premise hosting models and hybrid and hyperscale delivery models.Experience with automation software like Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, Puppet, etc., and with scripting tools like Python, Bash, shell, etc.Experience with Linux or UNIX, database administration, network and security, and cloud implementations; understanding of their business impact.Solid applied experience using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform to automate infrastructure, including appropriate certifications with Red Hat Ansible Tower.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, project management, and planning skills.Willingness to travel up to 50%, in line with Red Hat's COVID-19 guidelines.About Red Hat:#J-18808-Ljbffr
