Therefore, we are looking to reinforce our team with the incorporation of a Senior Consultant - IT transformation with experience of at least 5 years, developing the following functions: High customer orientation: Most IT Consulting projects are changeable, so you will have to be flexible and adapt to these changes. Communication: Interlocution at CIO and IT Management level. Analytical and reporting skills: Highly executive documents and high synthesis skills. Propose lines of improvement and action. Autonomy in the execution of tasks: Taking responsibility for the lines of work. Project management. Requirements: Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Computer Systems Engineering or related careers. Experience in IT transformation projects at process and operations level. Knowledge of IT management processes: demand, projects, operation, etc. Knowledge of process frameworks / methodologies: SAFe, ITSM, ITIL, COBIT, etc. Experience in project management, PMO, TMO, or similar. Experience in agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc. Experience in projects with Change Management component. Experience in telecommunications and Media. Advanced english.
