.OverviewYou will play a critical part in the SITA Sustainability & CSR team, with the responsibility to implement and report on SITA environmental commitments, including Science Based Targets initiatives (SBTi), and to help embed sustainability into SITA strategy and operations. You will connect with individuals at all levels, influencing senior leaders across the business to act effectively across all our ESG materiality topics. What You Will Do As a Senior Sustainability Consultant, you will lead the following activities: ESG Strategy and Regulatory ComplianceLead the following activities and liaise internally with stakeholders to ensure compliance to CSRD and any other sustainability standards applicable to SITA in the coming years.Assessing SITA inbound and outbound materiality impact on ESG topics.Assessing gaps and providing recommendations for each topical and SITA-specific material topic.Supporting the ESG strategy definition and implementation embedding the SITA ESG Material topics.Act as an advisor for best practices and processes for items related to sustainability & CSR.Managing the change, including training SITA-impacted teams.Sustainability Reporting and DisclosureSupporting the Sustainability Reporting Manager, in the Finance team to evaluate ESG programs.Support data collection for GHG emissions (scope 1, 2 and 3), ensuring data is relevant, consistent, accurate, and audited. Publish regular ESG reports in compliance with relevant regulations and standards (GRESB, SFDR, GRI, SASB, TCFD).Provide business users with ESG credentials and data when neededIdentify ESG-related risks and opportunities, working with risk management teams to mitigate these risks
