Job Description
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will lead, manage, and organize construction projects with a high level of professionalism and according to routines, company policies, guidelines, and local legislation.
In this role you will prepare and present budgets and business cases, follow up on cost and suppliers to secure financial transparency, drive tendering and contracting for your projects, and coordinate design, execution, and logistics for your projects.
Through strong teamwork and clear communication, you secure that relevant stakeholders receive needed information on time.
Key Responsibilities Includes:Identify, plan, lead and execute HVAC projects, with external service suppliers.Implement BMS systems to smartly regulate energy consumption.Secure that contractors and partners are working in line with the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.Ensure that the stores are built in line with the general/local building specifications, instructions & interior specifications.Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are in place and followed.Secure internal routines and strengthen communication between departments in respect to projects' planning and execution.Secure investment budget and follow up on both Net & Gross investments.Ensure that the stores are designed & built in line with the general/local building specifications, guidelines & interior specifications.Liaise with consultants and authorities in order to receive all necessary permits.Manage the handover process with landlords & contractors together with leasing.Follow up on the construction process through regular site visits & ensure that the right materials and solutions are used.Challenge and review consultant proposals for HVAC systems.QualificationsYour Competences:

You have the ability to prioritize, especially in circumstances where you are put under pressure and with tight deadlines.
You have strong communication skills, understanding business needs and requirements.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration or related field is an asset.
- Project Management certifications highly desired.
- 5 years of previous work experience in construction or real estate.
- Experience managing external suppliers and following up on contractual obligations.
- Good understanding of the field of HVAC and construction and ability to identify risks and opportunities in the retail environment.
- Knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
- Fluent & excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
Catalan speaking is a plus.
