Senior Construction Project Manager Pv - Totalenergies Renewables Ibérica

Candidate Profile

- Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy Engineering

- Demonstrated previous experience in EPC

- Between 4-8 years of experience in construction of PV Plants and Grid connection Facilities.

- Microsoft Office package skills (word, excel, MS Project) is a must.

- English and Spanish language, French is a plus.

- The following soft skills will be a plus: team spirit, problem solving, communication.

Activities

- With the support of the Senior Project Manager in charge of the respective batch of projects, the Construction Senior PM will coordinate with the resources assigned to the projects (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc) to reach the highest standards and achieved the COD as planned.

- Monitor the construction stage in terms of schedule, cost, quality and scope.

- Monitor the compliance with the EPC contract annexes to achieve milestones requirements.

- Coordination with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements. Face to face meetings may be required

- Report periodically of the progress made with the support of the On-site Owners engineering.

- Lead on-site meetings and support weekly & monthly meetings with EPC contractor, Owner's Engineer, HSE responsible and other project stakeholders.

- Regularly on-Site

Total Energies Renowables Ibérica develops, builds and operates solar projects in Iberia region, either with full ownership or with partners in Joint Venture. This position is located at our Madrid's office (Spain).
