.At Kantox, we are looking for a Senior Compliance Quality Assurance Officer to join our amazing Compliance team and hold an important role in the organisation.
Our Compliance team has been instrumental in maintaining adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Given that, we want to bring on board a Senior QA with extensive experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), AML, sanctions protocols and compliance-related Quality Assurance processes.

Operational Activity Reviews: Perform regular reviews and quality analysis of AML, sanctions, and KYC processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Process Monitoring and Gap Identification: Monitor internal KYC processes to ensure they are functioning effectively, identifying and reporting any gaps or deficiencies.
Process Improvement Support: Assist in pinpointing areas within the KYC process requiring enhancements to procedures, instructions, or tools, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Policy and Procedure Integration: Ensure that the policies and procedures applied by onboarding and monitoring teams are effectively integrated into daily operations, addressing any deficiencies proactively.
Liaison and Resource Role: Act as a company-wide resource and liaison on AML policies, contractual matters, communications, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives.
Alert and Risk Assessment Optimization: Review and fine-tune the quality of alerts in ComplyAdvantage, optimise the client risk assessment methodology, and verify the quality of screening and filtering alert resolutions to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
Who you are: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in AML/KYC-related processes, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Quality Assurance role.
Higher education in law, finance, banking, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Compliance or AI-related disciplines would be advantageous.
Professional certification such as ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent is highly preferred
