Your roleJoin us in an exciting position working as Wealth Management Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse (UBS Group).You will be also responsible for:- Providing compliance coverage, advice and subject matter expertise in key areas such as Tax Compliance Topics (i.e., FATCA, Common Reporting Standards, Qualified Intermediary and Global Tax Compliance Monitoring).- Providing coverage and perform controls on Anti-Fraud & US Cross- Border topics and will be involved in the handling of Internal Investigations.- Identify, escalate, and propose mitigation for compliance risks and participate in our Compliance Risk assessment.- The role requires close interaction with front office staff within Wealth Management.Your teamYou'll be employed by and work at Credit Suisse (Credit Suisse AG Sucursal en España) in the Chief Compliance Officer Wealth Management team in the course of Credit Suisse integration into UBS.Credit Suisse Group AG has been acquired by UBS Group AG. We respect and seek to empower each individual and support the diverse cultures, perspectives, skills, and experiences within our workforce.Your expertiseYou'll be a good match, if you have:• You possess a degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration.• You have 4 to 5 years of experience in regulatory aspects of the Spanish Banking and Investment Services Sector (e.g., Law Firm, Big Four, etc).• You are knowledgeable on the Spanish Financial Sector and with ground on Tax Compliance Topics and versed on use of IT tools.• You have very high English language skills.• Your strong interpersonal and time management skills enable you to quickly build up solid working relationships.• You are highly dedicated person with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently.• You have deep understanding of risk and mitigating controls.• Exceptional management, teamwork, interpersonal, influencing and conflict resolution skills.• You demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to the role, together with attention to detail, well-organized joint-up thinking and flexibility.
