So, if you've got a way with human resources in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you!YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): Reporting to our Lead Total Rewards, this role will be responsible for managing the compensation internationally.Drive and implement an innovative compensation strategy.Deploy & manage the yearly compensation review process worldwide (process automation and optimization).Deploy & manage the bonus payout worldwide.Manage our equity attributions, tool and exercising processes.Co-create our first BSI/ Individual Compensation and Benefits supporting documents.Be the guarantor of internal equity and competitiveness.Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our philosophy (fairness, competitiveness, etc.).Support our People partners on compensation questions and our Talent Acquisition team on offers definition.Participate in salary surveys and provide the business with benchmarks when needed.Participate in global projects such as benefits setup, budget definition, forecast and ad-hoc analysis.YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: You have significant experience in Compensation (at least 3 years) and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices.You have worked in a fast-growing and international environment.You are structured and thorough with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Excel/Gsheet is your best friend (or at least a very close relative).You can communicate efficiently and make complicated concepts seem simple.You are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!English is a no-brainer.WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US?
