)Support our People partners on compensation questions and our Talent Acquisition team on offers definitionParticipate in salary surveys and provide the business with benchmarks when neededParticipate to global projects such as benefits setup, budget definition, forecast and ad-hoc analysisYOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: You have a significant experience in Compensation (3 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practicesYou have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environmentYou are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracyExcel/Gsheet is your best friend (or at least a very close relative)You are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simpleYou are fun and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team!English is a no-brainerWHY SHOULD YOU JOIN US ?
