EPS partners with businesses across a wide range of verticals, including loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel management companies and online retailers who remarket EPS rates and availabilities to their travelers.What you'll do: Perform financial modelling of commercial deals for the Global Inside Sales portfolio and assist with the negotiation and contracting to see those deals through completion.Analyze and assess current business performance to drive top and bottom-line improvements across the Global Inside Sales portfolio.Finance lead in the preparation of the annual plan and quarterly forecasting processes for the Global Inside Sales portfolio. Key deliverables include feeding into the Executive presentation, and providing critique and recommendations as to the robustness, stretch and achievability within such plans.Ensure delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial management information and high-level commentary for distribution at an Executive level.Perform ad-hoc analysis to support cross-regional commercial projects and initiatives as well as deep-dives into specific topics to support the growth of the business.Work with the finance team and sales leadership to drive improvements in operational reporting, focused on delivering greater insight to business performance.Enhance, develop, and implement improved processes and controls to facilitate sustainable, profitable scaling of Global Inside Sales business.Who you are: Bachelors degree, 2:1 or above (or equivalent) and strong academic background.Highly fluent in English.Confirmed commercial finance experience.Validated ability to analyze data to solve business problems and provide strong business insight
