Mission: The CMO Project Manager role plays a vital role in driving transformative change and operational excellence for the Global Marketing. It is responsible for ensuring excellence in all transversal marketing projects, including implementation and performance. This role works as a strategic partner to the global brand marketing teams and serves as the key interface between transversal teams.
Tasks and Responsibilities:Oversees and coordinates strategic cycles each year: Long Term forecast (15 years overview), 5-Year Forecast Exercise, Budget (+1 year), and Brand Plan Process (3 sprints).5-Year Forecast Exercise Process: Oversees the development of the process, incorporating inputs from various stakeholders.Global Brand Plan Process: Ensures an integrated approach and collaboration to create strong Global Brand Plans.Assumption Deck Process: Facilitates interactions with Marketing, Market Insights, and Global Medical Affairs teams and compiles data to create yearly assumption decks for decision-making.Launch Readiness Review (LRR) Process: Participates in the LLR process supporting launch preparation and execution tracking related to Product Strategy (-18/-12m, -6m, +6m).Leadership Meetings: Participates in certain LT meetings providing data related to Performance Dashboards or organizing agendas, consolidating presentations as required.Dashboard Coordination (e.g., MOSAIC): Leads dashboard implementation and motivates regular use for presentations and business discussions. Responsible for updating or developing dashboards as a business partner for IT.Coordinates activities between the CMO areas to foster seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.Increases responsiveness of existing operations and helps define new operational strategies by working with the CMO department and other executives on special projects.Identifies optimization opportunities to improve performance, drive efficiencies, and support simplicity goals.Development Opportunity: Supports ad-hoc projects for Market Companies Ex-EU5 as part of the Marketing Excellence agenda.Education:BA Required; Master's-level education is a bonus.
Experience:Candidates should demonstrate experiences and capabilities including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, oversee, and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. At least five years of experience in project management is required. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
