The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization, an organization within CE&S, is leading the effort to enable customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing leading, AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovative solutions that accelerate business value, drive operational excellence, and nurture long-term loyalty.As a Cloud Solution Architect in the International Customer Success Unit, you will guide Microsoft's largest clients in building global AI platforms and support the implementation of the most impactful AI use cases. You lead the adoption of Microsoft offerings based on analysis/differentiation of Microsoft and competitor products to influence the industry-wide direction for specific architecture(s). You connect gaps and patterns across business and technology areas and drive changes and improvements to existing intellectual property (IP), technologies, and/or processes that enable solutions to scale across customers/partners.You lead virtual teams around technologies and customer/partner challenges by sharing ideas, insights, and strategic, technical input with technical teams, internal communities across the field, and the larger virtual team across Microsoft using knowledge of Microsoft architectures and their context in the competitive landscape.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND significant professional experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.OR equivalent experience.Significant experience building production-grade, cloud-based AI/ML solutions. Proven application of MLOps practices, AI governance, Responsible AI.Experience building Generative AI solutions and foundational experience with LLMOps.Languages: Business fluency in English.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a customer-facing role with sales & expansion accountabilities.Experience building complex Generative AI solutions, including advanced prompt engineering, leveraging orchestrator frameworks, agentic architectures, and usage of open-source Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience creating hands-on Proof of Concepts (PoC), Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) of AI use cases for customers that lead to production deployments.Breadth of technical experience in cloud solutions and knowledge in foundational security, infrastructure and network design, and subject matter expertise in data analytics and big data processing.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
