We are seeking a seasoned Senior Cloud Engineer with extensive experience in Azure cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and Terraform automation to manage projects for one of our most important clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully transforming legacy environments into modern, cloud-native architectures. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud solutions while collaborating closely with infrastructure teams and customers.

Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards.Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration processes.Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate software delivery workflows.Architect and implement highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments in Azure.Lead efforts to migrate and modernize legacy systems and applications to cloud-native architectures.Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud infrastructure.Work closely with infrastructure teams and customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and support.Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and trends, evaluating and recommending solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on Azure cloud platform.Strong proficiency in Azure services and solutions, including compute, networking, storage, and security.Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or similar.Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and automation.Proven ability to transform legacy environments to modern, cloud-native architectures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or similar, are highly desirable.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.We prefer someone located in Mallorca (or willing to relocate) who can combine in-office work with several days of remote work, but we can also consider the possibility of hiring someone willing to work 100% remotely from anywhere in SpainWhat we offer: Remote working and flexible working hours policyOpportunity to work in a friendly yet demanding environment, gaining valuable knowledge about communication technology and services for maritime and cruise applications.Membership in a dynamic team dedicated to improving customer service and ensuring employee satisfaction.Continuous training and growth opportunities as the company expands.Inclusion in an international team with diverse backgrounds, fostering appreciation for diversity.
