This would include implementation and monitoring of clinicalpathways for these treatments, including review of treatment in line with national guidance. You willassist in the clinical management of patients with chronic conditions, ideally working as anindependent prescriber with a defined patient case-load, attending ward rounds and providing clinicalinput to the severe asthma MDT and Tuberculosis MDT meetings to maximise the pharmaceuticalinput into patient care.
