Senior Client Solutions Associate - Swedish / Norwegian / Danish SpeakerThe Senior Client Solutions Associate – Swedish / Norwegian / Danish speaker role sits within our Professional Services Firms (PSF) team based in our Barcelona office. We have a prestigious and sophisticated client base in Europe, including some of the world's top corporations, investment firms, management consultancies, and non-profits – to help them learn and make better decisions every day.This is a key role within GLG, where you will own a portfolio of clients and be autonomously responsible for delivering projects. In this role, you will have the chance to build relationships with our clients and network members while working with senior colleagues to maximize GLG's growth and impact. At GLG, you will have both the opportunity to progress quickly and to work in a collaborative environment.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Learning the workflow by recruiting new senior industry experts during training to grow GLG's network.Once successfully certified on recruiting, executing time-sensitive projects for GLG's Professional Services Firms (PSF) clients.Leveraging GLG's network to match Network Members with clients, based on the client's needs.Daily interaction with GLG's experts over the phone to qualify profiles to ensure an exact fit for client projects.Maintaining accountability and responsibility for client projects and the overall client experience.Enhancing your knowledge of your clients by building strong relationships with them.Collaborating with our Business Development/Sales team to discuss content ideas and map out users to grow revenue and ensure retention of existing accounts.Collaborating with GLG's Events, Strategic Projects, and Survey teams to pitch and execute a wide range of products.Working with senior team members to program virtual and live content events.Preparation for and attendance of client meetings.An ideal candidate will have the following:Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.1-2 years of demonstrable client services skills where you have owned relationships with clients (e.g., account management, customer success, relationship management, recruitment, etc.).Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail.Strong desire to work in a collaborative environment.Bachelor's degree or above.Full business proficiency in English, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.What we offer:Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus incentive and comprehensive benefits (including medical and dental, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, family support, maternity, fertility, adoption and parenting support, EAP, LinkedIn Learning, and others).Global tuition reimbursement to support GLGers who want to continue their professional education.A great team atmosphere in a central location with a roof terrace, snacks and beverages, socials, and off-site activities.Company laptop and IT equipment for home office if needed.An opportunity to contribute to GLG's Social Impact Partners Programme.NIE and Social Security numbers obtention support if needed.About GLG / Gerson Lehrman GroupGLG is the world's insight network.
