.We are looking for a Senior Civil Project Engineer based in Madrid or Asturias, to join our Greenfield & Construction Department in a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is motivated to learn.Functions & Responsibilities:Definition of the PV Plant´s civil design criteria. Revision and/or development of the PV Plant civil engineering: foundations, drainage system, internal and access roads, earthmoving, etc.Revision and analysis of the hydrological and geotechnical studies.Development of technical specifications, erection procedures, inspection plans.Technical coordination of the civil discipline of renewable energy projects and support for the engineering processes associated with the different stages of project development (preliminary projects in the processing phase, executive projects, bidding projects or detailed projects).Technical Office support for engineering projects by organizing and controlling the project documentation. Review of project specifications by studying engineering design, technical specifications, industrial quality certifications, and performance standards.Develop project objectives by reviewing project schedule proposals, plans, diagrams and drawings and conferring with management.Maintain project Data Base alive by gathering new entering and backing up data.Promote and cause others to promote HSE rules in the working place by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.Complete technical studies and prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.Assist CTG´s Construction Supervision Team to scheduled onsite visits, when needed.Assist on cost estimates reports.Requirements:Bachelor/Master´s degree in Civil Engineering or above. At least 8 years of relevant working experience as a Civil Engineer.Intermediate level of English language (B2). Advance or native level of Spanish language (C2). A valid driver's license is required. Availability to travel nationally (Spain) and internationally (Europe). Other requirements:Training related to renewable energies. Proven experience on civil engineering supervision in large-scale photovoltaic and other renewable energy projects.Familiar with project-related documentation in connection to plans, drawings, quality dossiers, guarantee and performance certificates.Technical profile with knowledge related to PV civil engineering design (foundations design and calculation, structural calculation, roads, earthmoving…).Good design skills and technical understanding. Familiar with CAD, CAD/CAM software for circuit design. Knowledge on engineering methods and procedures, process improvement.Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to scheduling software.Organizational capacity, documentation management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
