Funciones As a Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Consultant, this person will join the Solutions Engineering & Presales Department, supporting all Pre-Sales activities at the Spanish Market with special focus on offensive security, GRC, and training. This person could eventually manage and lead the team of presales consultants in both Spain and Portugal, aligning the presales strategy to the company's overall goals & objectives. This position reports to the Director of Solutions Engineering & Presales. Requisitos As a presales consultant: Responsible for technical presentations, demonstrations, and PoCs to potential customers to showcase how the company's products or services can meet their needs. Act as bid managers, being therefore accountable and responsible for standard service bids, coordinating other bid writers and acting themselves as proposal writers. Be specialist on offensive security, GRC, and training cybersecurity services, and have a high-level understanding of the rest of the portfolio, playing a major role in up selling strategies. Gather and analyze data to help the sales team understand customer requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to help evolve the roadmap for the services on which they are specialists in direct collaboration with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Product Managers (PM). Be in direct contact with PMM and PM to get the latest news on their products and to agree on key dates for new features. Fluent coordination and understanding with Sales & Delivery Areas and active support to Solution Architects in developing solutions tailored to customer's unique requirements and use cases. As Head of Presales: Responsible for developing and implementing presales strategies that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Provide thought leadership in service / product evolution and keeps up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for each service /product line. Manage and lead the team of presales consultants, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members, and ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to be successful. Accountable for ensuring quality and compliance of bids, presentations, PoCs and other materials as well as for meeting KPIs for the different service lines (e.G., order intake for OT cybersecurity product line)
